  • External factors such as carrier delays are outside our control

3. Shipping Method & Origin

All orders are shipped directly from our international fulfillment partners.

In most cases, products are shipped from China, depending on availability and supplier location.

Because of this:

  • Customs duties or import taxes may apply depending on your country
  • These charges are the responsibility of the customer

4. Shipping Costs

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer.

  • Lost packages marked as delivered
  • Incorrect addresses provided by the customer
